The Reds

Mas DE LA Doux Regain 2015

On the nose, this wine displays an original profile that combines aromas of cherries, truffles, and juniper with notes of red meat. The palate is both supple and lively.

Tasting tips:

This wine, with its aromatic profile, will pair perfectly with grilled red meats as well as meats in sauce. It can also be paired with many other dishes. To express itself at its best, this wine should be served at a temperature around 18-19°C. Aeration will be beneficial in its youth.

Mas DE LA Doux Olivèdes 2016

Elegant and complex, the nose of this wine presents aromas of black fruits, linden and licorice combined with notes of leather. This aromatic palette is highlighted by a structure that presents volume and roundness combined with freshness that give it a beautiful persistence.

Tasting tips:

This wine's structure makes it ideal for pairing with a wide variety of dishes, especially grilled or sauced meats. It can also be served with game or other more spicy dishes.


It will express itself best at a temperature around 18°C and in its youth, decanting will be very beneficial.

Le Rosé & les Blancs

Complex and elegant, the nose of this wine combines smoky notes and toasted almonds with floral notes, particularly flowers.

white.

Its structure in the mouth is very balanced between fat and acidity, which gives it a beautiful finish.

Tasting tips:

With such a structure, this wine can accompany many fish and white meat dishes as well as cheeses.

This wine should be served at a temperature of around 10 to 12°C.

Au nez ce vin présente bouquet élégant où se mêlent notes de fleurs blanches et de paille avec des arômes d’abricot. Cela se prolonge en bouche avec des notes citronnées et de violettes. L’attaque est ronde puis la fraîcheur suit pour se prolonger en bouche sur une belle finale. 

 

 

Conseils de dégustation :

 

L’équilibre de ce vin lui permettra d’être bu à l’apéritif et avec de nombreux plats, en particulier de poissons. Une température de service voisine de 10°C est recommandée pour apprécier ce vin.

This rosé has a very distinctive and complex nose with notes of thyme, lilac, violet and redcurrant, among others.

Spicy notes are also found on the palate. This bouquet is supported by a beautiful balance on the palate, with fat and freshness that give it a good aromatic persistence.

Tasting tips:

With its richness and balance, this rosé will find its place at the table with a wide range of dishes that can range from fish, to white meats, to Mediterranean cuisine in general and many other things. Serving at a temperature around 10°C is recommended.
